Community Outreach

Pentacle Theatre is proud to offer programs of outreach to the community.  Pentacle offers such programs as Community Services night, student night and benefit performances.

Community Services night is a free dress rehearsal provided for residents of local institutions, group homes or assisted living facilities.

Student night is the final dress rehearsal offered to all area junior high and high school drama students.  These students are given the opportunity to discuss the play afterwards with the director and actors. 

Select performance nights of each production are reserved and sold as benefit fundraisers for local organizations.  During the Pentacle’s history, these benefit fundraisers have raised over $250,000 for area organizations.

For the past 27 years, an acting workshop has been taught by a Pentacle lifetime member through Chemeketa Community College and held at the theatre.
